Here is the answers to my magazine questionnaire. They are shown using pie charts.
The First pie chart shows that nearly three quarters of people think that images are more important then the articles. This means that when i make my magazine i should put alot in pictures in it.
The Second pie chart shows that over half of the people who did it have a weekly disposable income between £0-£20 meaning that my magazine will have to be cheap as they have very little cash to spend.
The Third pic chart shows that all but one of the people go to gigs, this means that gigs are very popular and having information about gigs in the magazine would be good.
The Forth pie chart show what the people would like to see in there magazines, reviews and interview are the most popular, but there is also quites a diverse range of what people would like to see.
The Fifth pic chart shows what kind of things that the people would buy during a month, over half the stuff brought was cloths and food. This means that there items in the magazine about food or clothes would be a good idea as its clearly what the people are interested in.
The Sixth pie chart shows what peoples main interests are. Over half the reply's say that they are interested in music, this means that's a music based magazine would appeal to the majority of the people who done the questionnaire.
The Seventh pic chart shows the responders favourite music genre, there is quite a diverse range of musical interests; but pop seems to be slightly more popular. So maybe a pop magazine would appeal to the most people.
From my research i can gather that my target audience will be a rather young demographic, who have a keen interest in music and consumerism. Who also have access to a reasonable amount of disposable cash.
